Do you ignore your tools?
Do you shut down and close yourself off?
I am not going to lie because I want to be authentic to you all. The answer is yes. I have recently found myself doing this.
I could make excuses but that really is not going to help. Well, the only way it would help would be to keep myself stuck where I am at.
Our journey is amazing. It takes us on so many ups and downs, and twists and turns. It shows us highs and lows, but it also gives us the tools to navigate everything.
Every part of your journey is to help move you along. And yes, sometimes we resist.
I have been in the resistant mode. Why because of fear. Fear of failing. Fear of not being able to deliver the message. And not believing in myself.
This is not the first time this has shown up. I would love to say that it would be the last time but honestly, I have to be willing to fully let it go and learn the lessons for that to happen and only time will tell.
I am not angry or mad about this. In fact, I feel numb and stuck right now. So today I decided to pick up one of my tools to reconnect with myself and gain clarity. That tool was journaling and going into my Akashic Records while I was journaling. Ok so maybe more than one tool but you get the point, right? You have to take the step. You have to pick up your tool and get to work. No one else can do it for you. And yes, sometimes that means asking for help from humans and beings.
It also means not ignoring the help when it comes to you like I have been doing recently.
Don't beat yourself up when you find yourself in a position like this. Give yourself the grace and peace that you deserve to help you move through what you are growing through.
We all grow, and that growth can look ugly and that's ok. Just make the choice to grow. The benefits outweigh the resistance. Which has been really hurting my back.
